Founded in 2004, under the direction of Serguei Makarov, an ensemble of passionate and dedicated trained dancers came together to form the Suzirya Ukrainian Dance Theatre. Suzirya, meaning a constellation of many stars, is founded on the eloquent fusion of ballet and traditional folk dance. Suzirya entertains audiences worldwide with countless choreographic compositions embodying the culture and spirit of Ukraine.  

Now under an umbrella of a professional artistic team, Suzirya continues to shine with a display of magnificent combinations of music,  dazzling costumes, and skilled expertise in acrobatics, ballet, and folk dance.
